Somatic yoga encourages us to get in touch with our senses, and our agency, and move in a way that feels good to each of us − continuously exploring and expanding new ways of moving and being.
The somatic yoga workshop is intended for those who want to nurture themselves, feel at home in their own body, and practice true self-care from the inside out.
