for MyWellness members
To keep growing all together, and bringing the best experience to all of you, we want to be as transparent as we can be:
Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of MyWellness TLV you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on MyWellness TLV website www.mywellnesstlv.com.
GENERAL

All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.

All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.

Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. MyWellness TLV is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Please check in at reception before each class.

The front doors will be locked 10 minutes into every class, for safety reasons. Leaving class early is strongly discouraged unless you notify in advance.

You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes.

It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

Classes at MyWellness TLV may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

You will follow all instructions given to you by MyWellness TLV teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

In attending classes at MyWellness TLV, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against MyWellness TLV or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by your own negligence or otherwise.

MyWellness TLV reserves the right to refuse entry.

Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS

If you do not show up for a class without prior notice of at least 2 hs before, you will be fully charged for the class that you sign-up for and the class will be removed from your package. Students with unlimited packages, their account will be automatically suspended for 72 hours for no-showing to a class under these terms.

In-Studio workshops and events cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop.

In-Studio workshops refunds can be done up to 72 hours prior to the event. Within the 48 hours you may receive a partial refund.

Please cancel and let us know about it if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others.
Yoga Classes

Gear to bring: mat, towel, and water bottle. If you do not have a mat, we have a limited amount of clean yoga mats to rent for 10nis. You can fill your own water bottle for free from our filtered cooler.

No shoes are allowed in the yoga studio space.

No cell phones are allowed in the yoga studio space.
Class Packages With Set # of Classes

10 Class Packages will expire 3 months after purchase.

4 Class Packages will expire 1 month after purchase.
Unlimited Packages
-
Unlimited memberships may not be shared.
-
Unlimited subscribers can join more than one class a day unless the 2nd class s/he joins has people on waiting list.

If a Student books a class with an Unlimited Package and does not show up to the class without previous notice to the studio, their account will be automatically suspended for 72 hours for no-showing to a class under these terms.

Cancellation of a class needs to be done up to 4hs before the session for afternoon sessions and 10hs before for morning sessions (Please consider other students and contact us if you cannot attend the class).

If there is only 1 student signed up for a class 4 hours previous to it, the class may be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, notify us at least 30 days before.
Monthly Auto-Renew Unlimited Memberships

Monthly auto-renews cannot be shared.
-
Plan available to cancel within the 3/6 month with a cancellation fee of an extra month.

You will be charged on the same day of each month for your auto-renew.

Membership fees will automatically be charged to your credit card.
-
You can update or change your credit card in your online account or in studio.
-
Auto-renews can be frozen up from 1 week up to 1 month unless you have a note from a doctor. Your subsequent monthly auto-payment will shift forward by a commensurate number of calendar days. Pause requests must be in made in writing by emailing mywellnesstlv@gmail.com. Please allow 48 hours to process request.

Your auto-renew can be cancelled at any time in writing by emailing mywellnesstlv@gmail.com. If you cancel, you will be charged an extra month as a cancellation fee. Please allow 48 hours to receive and process your cancelation request.

If your monthly auto-payment fails for any reason, then your membership may be cancelled.

It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, MyWellness TLV reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed.

MyWellness TLV is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

If auto-debit payments fail for 2 payments or more, MyWellness TLV may cancel the membership.

All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalized, this includes all late cancellation and no show fees incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel memberships.
