Through the Heart: Cultivating Joy

In this Sound Healing workshop, we will explore the potent power of our hearts and the possibility to intentionally cultivate joy. Using the sacred medicines of cacao and rose to open our hearts, we will journey with the frequencies of sound and experiment with vocal activation to awaken our joy. 

It is recommended to bring a cup, blanket, pillow, and journal.
