Sound Healing & Guided Meditation

This sound healing session offered by Lourdes will raise our energetic frequencies, reduce anger, relieve anxiety and offer relief from neurological issues.

Singing bowls activate the 7 chakras, by unblocking and cleansing them.

Each bowl represents a specific frequency that restores, balances and harmonize our entire system.

The online session will be held this Saturday 14th at 11 am through zoom.
