Whether you’re a curious newbie or a seasoned yogi, this is your chance to elevate your practice and learn some gravity-defying moves! 

We’ll dive into the art of inversions—think shoulder, head, forearm, and handstands—while building strength and nailing down proper technique. 

This workshop is all about laughter, exploration, and shifting your perspective, but keep in mind, it’s not suitable for those with neck pain, glaucoma, high blood pressure, or pregnant women.
