About the accomodation

Villa Esencia, a luxury rural residence located in the Casares mountains in the region of Andalucia, Malaga, surrounded by wild and peaceful nature, offers a  perfect setting to allow us to dive in the yin’s and yang’s of our physical practice, our mind, and life in relation to our environment.

You will enjoy private double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. A heated saltwater outdoor swimming pool and a sauna for cool winter days. Each room has an air-conditioning system for heating and cooling, and free wi-fi.

 All in one place, offering a harmonious sanctuary designed to revitalize the body, mind, and spirit.

About the Retreat

With expert guidance and breathtaking surroundings, this boutique and exclusive retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and revitalization for a truly transformative experience.

Through layers of movement exploration, creative play, meditation, and intentional time in nature, we’ll recharge, re-energize and reconnect with our self-trust, physical strength, resilience, and most of all, we’ll have so much fun!

Daily movement classes are a combination of dance, yoga, pilates and integrated healing therapies. 

Other activities include hiking, journaling, workshops, stargazing, and swimming in a beautiful pool with the stunning Mountain View’s.

In addition to this, you will enjoy nourishing food and wellbeing treatments to help you reclaim your balance and feel truly rejuvenated.

The Retreat is guided by Mica Pomerantz, co-founder of MyWellness TLV studio - with more than 10 years of experince in the field.

About the Acommodation

 Early bird - Limited amounts! Until July 31 st:

Shared accomodation in double luxurious rooms :  430 € per person

After July 31st, prices go up to 520 € per person.

October 18th to 20th - 2nights, 3days all included: organic Meals, tea, coffee, luxury accommodation, boutique retreat with no more than 8 people, retreat content and transfer from Estepona to the Retreat center back and forth.

Not included: Flights, and any expense out of the schedule.
