Join Mica Pomerantz to the weekend of 3-hour each day "Align and Refine" workshop, where you will take time to explore key alignment concepts and develop the tools to refine all common yoga poses, from basic to more advanced asanas.
In this workshop you will learn:
– The foundation of common yoga postures and their correct alignments.
